If you are an existing patient of the following practitioners, we kindly ask that you book your appointments online rather than calling the clinic:

  • J. Harkness: *Please note that she is currently on maternity leave. All of her appointments will be conducted by the other Nurse Practitioners: K. Nanson, M. Slazkiewicz, Jennifer Hamera and W. Kroll. When booking, please select the appropriate appointment option for your needs: In-Person or Phone Consult for Joanna’s patients.

    Please DO NOT book appointments in the regular slots, we have created specific appointment options for her patients. Make sure you select one of these when booking online to ensure you are scheduled correctly.
